Today, I'll share a yummy DIY Marshmallow Fondant recipe.

With just a few simple ingredients and easy-to-follow steps, you can create a smooth and delicious fondant that's perfect for decorating cakes and cupcakes.

Get ready to bake and decorate, and impress your friends and family with this homemade treat.

Marshmallow Fondant Recipe:

Ingredients:

- Marshmallow Mini, 50g

- Powdered Sugar /Icing Sugar, 100g

- Water, Small amount

Tools:

- Classic Cookware

- Spatula

- Silicone Mat

- Edible Food Color

Instructions:

(1) Place Marshmallow in the Classic Cookware: Start with the lowest heat, put marshmallows into a cookware, add a small amount of water,

and cook until the marshmallows melt and can be pulled into threads before turning off the heat.

(2) Let the melted marshmallow cool for around 2 minutes, and set it aside. Pour the powdered sugar (icing sugar) onto a surface, create a hole in the center like a volcano,

pour in the melted marshmallow, and then gradually add the powdered sugar (icing sugar) in multiple batches, kneading it slowly into a ball.

If it becomes too sticky, you can add more powdered sugar (icing sugar). If you want to make colored fondant coating,

take a small amount of fondant coating, drop edible food coloring onto it, and knead until evenly mixed.
